Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of DT Clothes products we do not provide refunds or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will gladly exchange or refund where goods are deemed to be faulty due to poor manufacturing workmanship. DT Clothes Pty Ltd does not provide refunds or exchanges on sale items.
If goods are believed to be faulty, simply fill out the faulty goods report form that accompanied your original invoice, and return along with the faulty goods to: DT Clothes Pty Ltd PO Box 1046 Carindale Qld Australia 4152. Replacement items shall be processed within 21 days of receipt of the returned faulty goods and faulty goods report form.
DT Clothes Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for charges incurred by postage and handling of returned faulty goods. The customer is responsible for extra charges incurred by postage and handling of returned faulty goods. DT Clothes Pty Ltd will gladly cover extra charges incurred by postage and handling of replacement goods. Please make bank cheque and/or money order out to DT Clothes Pty Ltd.
